I consider myself an agnostic, but if there is an afterlife, I think I'll be surprised. Excited, but surprised. It's something people obviously want very badly to believe in, and for very psychologically compelling reasons... which doesn't mean it isn't true, but it would be awfully convenient. We'll all find out for sure eventually, in any case!
