I don't normally write detailed letters for exchanges, but I feel in this case, it will probably be necessary. So here is my letter for the Star Trek Holidays 2020 Exchange.

REQUEST 1: Elnor & Laris (PIC)

I would absolutely love to see these two interact. It would be really interesting to see how the former Tal Shiar operative feels about an honourary Qowat Milat, since it seems that the group is considered strange to most Romulans. Feel free to add Zhaban into this as well if we match on this.
